I had a really good experience at this dental clinic. Everyone there is super friendly and makes you feel comfortable right away. The place is clean and organized, and everything runs pretty smoothly. Dr Shi explains things in a way that actually makes sense and takes time to answer questions, which I appreciated. I never felt rushed or confused about what was going on. Appointments were quick and on time, and they made the whole process way easier than I expected. Overall, I’m really happy with how everything went and would definitely recommend them!! Check them out if you’re in the area!!!

I can’t say enough good things about Elite Endodontics Studio. The entire experience was smooth from start to finish. The front desk team was friendly and helpful, and everything ran right on time, which I really appreciated. Dr. Shi was fantastic—very knowledgeable, patient, and gentle. She explained what was going on in a way that was easy to understand and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. I expected a stressful visit, but it honestly ended up being a really positive experience. The office is modern, clean, and clearly run with a lot of attention to detail. If you’re looking for an endodontist you can trust, this is definitely the place to go. Highly recommend!

I had to get a root canal done and was honestly really nervous going in, but this office made the entire experience so much better than I expected. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring from start to finish. The doctor explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The procedure itself was surprisingly painless. The office was clean, organized, and very professional. I’m so grateful for how smooth everything went and would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing a root canal!

I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Shi, and I can confidently say this was one of the most comfortable and professional dental visits I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, the team was efficient, welcoming, and clearly committed to patient care. Dr. Shi demonstrated an outstanding level of expertise and precision throughout the entire procedure. They took the time to thoroughly explain the diagnosis, treatment plan, and expected outcomes, which made me feel informed and at ease. The procedure itself was remarkably smooth and essentially painless—something I didn’t think was possible with endodontic treatment. What really stood out was the attention to detail and commitment to excellence. You can tell Dr. Shi operates at a very high clinical standard. If you’re looking for an endodontist who combines technical skill with genuine patient care, I highly recommend Dr. Shi.
